Real Estate activities: Management of single family, multifamily and commercial investment real estate, including collecting rents, paying bills, managing maintenance requests, overseeing construction projects, preparing monthly financials, helping clients to lease, buy and sell real estate. I spend around 100 hours/month on accounting. I do not receive commissions from this business. I also have a license to sell life insurance and receive commissions based on that.
