I am an independent contractor for Sage Settlement Consulting, a structured settlement company. The business is not investment related. Sage�??s address is 11044 Research Blvd., Suite D-230, Austin, TX 78759. I work with claimants to personal injury cases, and I work with their attorneys to design and implement structured settlement plans, funded by either fixed income annuities or market-correlated investments. I do not sell securities. I present my clients with options, then collect their personal information and help with drafting settlement documents to facilitate a structured settlement. I started working with Sage in July 2012 and spend approximately 60 hours/month working in this capacity, with half of those hours being during trading hours. My title is Certified Structured Settlement Consultant and my CA life insurance license is #CA 0I11806. I market my services to attorneys who then involve me when they settle personal cases. They ask me to advise claimants of payment options, and the attorneys often want to discuss their own options for receiving their contingency fees.
