I am an employee of Jack Henry. The firm has elements that are investment-related and/or adjacent to securities. Jack Henry is publicly traded on the NASDAQ and is a well-rounded fintech that serves primarily community financial institutions. I am a remote employee, however, the firm is headquartered at 663 US-60, Monett, MO 65708. I am a principal architect of information security. My role is not investment related. I have been with the company for 8 years. I work full time, generally 8am-5pm CST, although this varies due to the nature of the work. To be clear, this is my primary employer and this role gets first and foremost priority before any consulting or advising I may otherwise engage in. However, in practice, conflicts are largely non-existent given I deploy predetermined investment strategies based on suitability analysis. I do not engage in high-frequency trading or other forms of business that would present a conflict of interest with my time and attention. Moreover, I do not advise for or against any securities related to my primary employer. If necessary, I will refer clients to an alternate advisor to avoid even the perception of a conflict of interest. I also own a very tiny web design and hosting company: Unleashed Design Group, LLC. This business is not investment related. I operate it from my home residence. I build and host websites for a few friends respective small businesses. The business was established in 2015. It represents no material amount of hours to operate.
