To mitigate the existence of this conflict, as a fiduciary Sreekanth Nagarajan has a duty to act solely in the best interests of each Client and will only recommend services appropriate to the Client's circumstances. Clients are under no obligation to act upon the recommendations. In addition, Clients utilizing services of both entities will engage and remit payment to each business separately.
