This business is not investment-related. The business's address is 1842 Mallard Drive, Superior, CO 80027. The other business is commercializing novel GPS technology developed at a University of Colorado-Boulder research lab. My position in PrecisionTerra is as the Founder and CEO. I began my relationship with this company upon its founding in August 2023, and became involved with the business on a full-time basis beginning in January 2024. I devote 40 hours/week, or approximately 160 hours/month, to this business. The number of hours devoted to this business during securities trading hours varies. On average, I devote 8-10 hours per week to this business during trading hours, and primarily work on this business outside of trading hours. In terms of my duties, as the Founder and CEO I am charged with validating the technology's performance in different GPS systems, speaking with potential customers and partners, and sourcing non-dilutive and dilutive capital to support operations. 2. The second business's name is Snorkel AI. This business is not investment-related. The business's address is 55 Perry St, Redwood City, CA 94063. However, the position is fully remote, so I conduct my consulting work for this business at 1842 Mallard Drive, Superior, CO 80027. Snorkel AI provides datasets to enterprise customers for these customers to train their own AI models. As an AI Expert Contributor, I provide questions that attempt to trick Snorkel's AI algorithms in the fields of Asian Studies, Physics, and Management Science. I began this position in November 2024, and devote approximately 4 hours per month to this position. I devote zero hours to this business during securities trading hours.
