Outside business activity is any business or activity undertaken by an advisor that is outside the scope of their relationship with their firm (e.g., consulting services, real estate, freelance work, teaching, etc.). Investors should stay informed about these activities to ensure no conflicts of interest.

I review bank statements and a financial accounting each quarter 2) BRICKLEY DELONG, P.C.; Partner; Brickley DeLong is a full-service public accounting and business consulting firm; IR; HRS 200; HRS 130; 06/01/2019; Grand Rapids MI 49504; Position in firm requires participation in firm mission and goal setting for the organization. Member of One Firm, Business Development - professional services niche, Tax committees. Lead Grand Rapids, MI office taking over from retiring partners. Duties oversee office personnel and ensure office activities are in line with firm vision. Partner that oversees a book of client business and perform accounting, tax, attest, and tax advisory services. Limited to only signing tax returns. I will provide investment guidance and products to clients. 3) JOHN M. LEESE IRREVOCABLE TRUST; Trustee; This is an Irrevocable Trust. The trust is not funded. I will be funded over the grantor's lifetime. Powers of Trustee as defined by the trust are:1) Common management. To hold manage, invest and account for any separate trust in one or more consolidated funds, in whole or in part, as the trustee deems advisable.2) Certificate of Trust Existence and Authority. In addition to any certificate authorized by law, the trustee may, at anytime, record, file, or deliver a certificate with or to any clerk, register of deeds, transfer agent, or other similar agency or office or to any person dealing with the Trustee.3) Insurance policies. The trustee is vested with Grantor's right, title, interest, and incidents of ownership in any life insurance policies on Grantor's life which are now or hereafter transferred to the trustee. The trustee may exercise as absolute owner all the options, benefits, rights, and privileges under such policies, including the right to borrow cash values and to pledge such policies for loans. The trustee is under no duty to pay premiums or any other charges that may become due and payable under such policies or to make certain that such premiums are paid by Grantor or others or to notify any persons of the non-payment of such premiums.4) Accountings. The trustee's duties to inform and account to the beneficiaries shall be governed by the following rules: Prior to the Grantor's death, the trustee shall inform and account to Grantor regarding the trust and its administration. After Grantor's death, the trustee shall inform and account to the then living interested trust beneficiaries who are 25years of age or older regarding the trust and its administration.
