I began this activity in November 2025 and devote approximately 12 hours per month to it, of which about 0 hours may occur during normal securities trading hours, with the balance in evenings and weekends. This work is performed from my residence in Coralville, Iowa and at various customer locations in the surrounding area. I began this activity in 01/2022 on and off a few hours per week and perform it on an occasional, as-needed basis, averaging approximately 10 hours per month, primarily during evenings and weekends, and approximately 0 hours per month during normal securities trading hours.
