I continue to provide and get paid for accounting and tax consulting services that do not require the use of my CPA license. My CPA license is currently on a non-active status. Ahura Family LTD is a real estate holding company for my wife and I. We earn rental income from an office building which is owned 100% by the company. Registered Agent/Manager - MNV Investment Club, LLC. As the name suggests, this is an investment club with two friends. I do not charge a fee or earn any income other than dividends, interest or capital gains from the investments we make. My friends are not my clients either. The investment club was dissolved prior to December 31, 2016. The dissolution will not be reflected by the State of Florida Division of Corporations until late 2017. Registered Agent/Treasurer - Wekiva Green Homeowners Association. This is the HOA for where we live and I serve on the Board as a volunteer Treasurer. I do not earn or charge any fees.
