Interact, or direct interactions, with outside entities, such as engineers, real estate agents, attorneys, government entities, and etc. 4. Ensure permits, zoning variances, and other allowances already in place are supported and maintained. 5. Sign documents related to Building Committee actions with approval of two thirds of the committee members (for non-binding or low-cost actions), or a majority vote of the church membership for major binding actions, such as purchasing property or initiating construction. I have no ability to obligate the church without prior approval of the committee or church membership. All approvals are documented via written ballot at meetings that adhere to LBC business rules (notice, quorum, etc).
