I devote about 3-5 hours a week, to Boston Omaha Corporation. (2) 24th Street Asset Management, LLC ("24th") is an investment adviser to private funds investing in real estate assets, including commercial loans on real estate assets. 24th is located in Las Vegas, Nevada at 3900 S. Hualapai Suite 200. I am a manager to the Firm which was started in July 2018. I spend 30 hours a week, advising on real estate assets and commercial loans. (3) I am a CEO of Logic Commercial Real Estate located in Las Vegas, Nevada at 3900 S. Hualapai Suite 200 and it is not investment related. I have worked with Logic Commercial Real Estate since August 2015 and devote approximately 10 hours a week. My role with Logic Commercial Real Estate is to guide the mission, vision and direction of the company, but the President runs the day to day operations. In connection with Logic Commercial Real Estate, I hold a real estate broker license (B.0068678.LLC) under Logic Brokerage LV LLC and a mortgage broker license (4480; NMLS 1480413) under Logic Capital Markets LLC.
