The entity is beneficially owned by the registrant's family members, who are also advisory clients of Kith & Kin Wealth LLC. The registrant provides unpaid administrative, organizational, and investment-analysis support to the entity outside of business hours. The registrant holds no ownership interest, receives no compensation, and is not the entity's manager of record. The entity's public-securities brokerage account is separately managed by Kith & Kin Wealth LLC as a discretionary advisory account under a written advisory agreement. No non-family assets are accepted.
