Biography
I grew up the oldest of four siblings in a small agricultural community in the Bay Area, California. After briefly attending college I served a two-year, full-time mission among the good people of El Salvador and Belize. Upon my return I earned a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
Prior to graduation I found my dream girl and managed to convince her to marry me. In 2015 we moved to Illinois to be close to family. We love the Midwest with its beautiful colors and seasons, but also make time to visit relatives in California and Utah every summer.
My faith is very personal and the guiding force in my life. My family is everything to me and make life rich and fulfilling. Knowing that I’m far from perfect, I strive to be a little better every day, be a good person, and live a good life.
