1. Team Select Home Services is a home health service provider and is not investment-related. They are located at 3033 S. Parker Road, Aurora, CO 80014. I currently am a Colorado Nurse Aid there providing part-time paid for services for my disabled son via his health care plan. I began working for Team Select in June 2017, providing 5.5 hours of service per day for my son. Most of the hours I provide revolve around his occupational therapy plan. The 5.5 hours will be provided daily and is a maximum estimate. This equates to approximately 165 hours per month. 0 hours will be provided during Securities Trading hours. 2. Managing Member and Attorney of Foster Law, PLLC. Law services are separate from investment advisory services offered through Peak Asset Management. Not investment related. Spends 5% or less of time each month during trading hours.
