I was an insurance agent with HBW Partners since 2009. It was NON Investment related. I was an independent insurance agent and therefore only maintained a home office located in Woodbridge, Virginia. I devote less than 10 hours per month to insurance. In 2014, I started Destiny Money Management as a sole proprietor. At initiation the company was a non-investment related business. I promoted life and health insurance for which I was licensed to sell in Virginia. There were no investment related services or products promoted or sold. The services promoted were the need for proper insurance coverage, debt elimination, creating and setting goals. At no time did the company provide advise regarding investments, investing or investment related services. The debt elimination and goal planning sessions were provided at no charge. In 2015, while an IAR under Freedom Ring Capital LLC, I began working on a seminar series for women to promote living debt free and the importance of proper insurance coverage. Thru Freedom Ring Capital LLC, I was able to add financial planning services which was part of the IA's offering. At present, I spend 20 hours per week working for an IT company, TIME Systems LLC, virtually as a Project Manager. This business is non-investment related. There are no investment related services currently being offered or provided.
