Colin Hickey is a Vice President with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management and the Sylvia Wealth Management Group.
Colin has over a decade of experience in the financial services and family office industry. During his career, he has successfully built a boutique investment advisory firm, AM Global Family Investment Office, serving as one of several partners and shareholders. The company was later acquired by Forbes Family Trust.
Before joining J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Colin was Partner, Shareholder, and Director of Client Investment Advisory at Forbes Family Trust and FWM Holdings LLC, a multifamily office with over $10 billion in assets based in New York and Palm Beach.
His experience includes completing numerous transactions and investments for clients in alternative investments including private equity co-investments, private equity funds, hedge funds, and real estate. He has advised and managed portfolios for key ultra-high net worth clients and foundations. He also served on his prior firm's Investment Advisory Board and Investment Committee.
Colin earned bachelor's and master's degrees in finance from Florida State University. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. He serves on the Board of Directors for MacArthur Beach State Park in North Palm Beach, as a Finance Committee member on the Board of Trustees for The Nature Foundation, Inc., serves as a board member of The Benjamin School's (Palm Beach) Alumni Council, and as a Corporate Member of the Jupiter Medical Center. Colin lives in Jupiter, Florida and will be based in the JP Morgan Palm Beach Gardens and Miami offices.
