The LLC is also a 4.8% limited partner in Gainesway Village LTD, a Kentucky limited partnership that owns Gainesway Village Apartments in Lexington, KY. The LCM does not receive any compensation from the partnership. Mr. Linker devotes approximately 8 hours per month to the real estate properties during hours when the security markets are closed.

The limited partners are Mr. Linker's nieces and nephew, Dana Linker Steele, Jodi A. Linker and Kevin B. Linker, each owning a 33% interest in the partnership. The office is located at 12 Venado Drive, Tiburon, California 94920. Mr. Linker does not spend additional time on the LP's real estate investment other than the 8 hours referred to in the preceding paragraphs.
