THE CAR WASH WAS OPENED 12/21/2005. I DEVOTE APPROXIMATELY 20 HOURS PER MONTH DURING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS. I WILL NOT HAVE TO DEVOTE ANY HOURS TO THE CAR WASH BUSINESS DURING SECURITIES TRADING HOURS UNLESS THERE IS SOME TYPE OF EMERGENCY. MY DUTIES ARE HIRING/TRAINING ATTENDANTS AND ACCOUNTING.
